DERON.IND recently launched the CC-Link/Profinet to Modbus/RTU protocol gateway products, both products are PC+ABS material shell, epoxy resin encapsulation process, so that the product can achieve IP67 protection level.

The maximum current of product expansion and load supply is 8A, the maximum current of each circuit branch of expansion connection is 4A. The product is divided into three areas according to the appearance and function, and the top is four CC-LINK protocol communication ports, which are designed for one input and three outputs. It can not only be used as a gateway expansion interface, but also can be directly connected to other slave products supporting CC-Link/PROFINET protocol. In the middle are the gateway status indicator area and the gateway configuration/setting function area, including the input/load power indicator light, the running status indicator light, and the PLC communication status indicator light. In addition, there is a Mini USB interface for gateway configuration and upgrading communication, 1 baud rate adjustment knob, and 2 address adjustment knobs at the transparent window.

There are four Modbus communication ports at the bottom, the maximum load capacity is 8A (the maximum load current of a single branch is 4A), which can cascade our company's basic communication module, Mini module, RFID reader, etc. Taking cascading our Modbus basic communication module products as an example, it can connect up to 160 points. It can greatly reduce the use cost of customers.
