Additionally, the address of the module can be easily configured via directives. If PLC is used, it will be more convenient than serial port software, for example: Mitsubishi PLC, the use of ADPRW instructions can be easily done, the instruction comes with CRC check function. Siemens also has a corresponding Modbus dedicated function block.

This product is designed for 8 physical interfaces, M8 digital port for 3 holes, analog port for 4 holes; M12 series digital port and analog port unified M12(A-code) 5-hole interface; International general standard 1, 3 pin for the power supply, 4 pin for the signal, the middle position of M12 is the equipment ground point; Digital input type, as the name suggests, is to collect the input signal of digital quantity and transmit it to the Modbus master station after transformation; The digital configurable type, compared with the digital input type more configurable input/output this function, to bring the user more powerful use of space, can flexibly adjust the distribution of points; The input power supply current of the digital port can reach 200mA, and the load capacity of the digital output port is 500mA. On the basis of six configurable ports, two current-type analog input ports are designed, which can support 0-20mA/4-20mA analog signal input, and bring great convenience to continuous acquisition, monitoring and corresponding control. The analog port and the digital port are isolated on the circuit to ensure the accuracy of the data, and the precision can be controlled to 5‰ of the full scale. This product is designed for IP67 protection grade, the shell material is ABS+PC, through the EU CE certification, RoHs certification requirements.

The functional design of this product includes: 1. The main power supply is reverse connected for protection, which means that if the power cord of the product is reverse connected, it will not work or be damaged; 2. Port error or short circuit protection function. If the component damage leads to short circuit or wiring error leads to short circuit, port alarm display without affecting the operation of other ports; 3. Output error indication function, that is, when the output port has signal input, the port indicator light will have the corresponding prompt; This function improves the fault-tolerant performance of the system to a greater extent, and has a better protection effect on the product.
